What else is new...

Well I feel like I have reached the end of this topic, at least for now. But I want to keep writing. What else is new? It's almost Christmas. Which means it's almost Julia's first birthday! There are tons of emotions! She is such a blessing. I am still home with her. It has been a tough year financially and with my health. The economy is still down and my family is dealing with a crisis. We have a lot of challenges, for sure. But we have so much to be thankful for! Julia is doing amazingly well. I think she is a verbal baby! She says Mama, Dada, Baba, Nigh Nigh, Hi, Yay. She waves when you say "Hi" or "Bye bye" She claps when you say yay. She even claps when people on tv are cheering. She is a happy baby. She loves her cousins, kids of all ages, and our dog, Maggie. Maggie is a sheltie/eskimo mix. Mags was the baby of the house before Julia came along. She loves Julia, if not maybe a little bit jealous.
Julia claps when Dada comes home and says Dada 90% more than she says Mama. She likes car trips, and she loves exploring her world. She's still crawling, but she's standing up, and crusing on the furniture.
